 Schedule a FREE phone consultation before your evaluation to determine if telehealth physical therapy is appropriate for your situation. We will discuss details about your injury or impairments and help to decide if we are able to address your needs via telehealth physical therapy. If located in Southwest Michigan, mobile services can be provided in the home.

 Together, we will take a look at your injury or impairments and set goals for physical therapy. This initial evaluation will be performed over a secure video connection, keeping your personal health information completely confidential. We will determine the cause of your symptoms and how to manage them. You will be taken through a treatment plan and given an exercise program that you will be able to follow independently. Mobile/in person services available in Southwest Michigan.

 We will meet again for treatment as needed based on your symptoms and how you are progressing. This will involve reassessing your status and addressing your goals for PT. Any advancements or modifications that need to be made to your home program will be given to you in detail at the end of each treatment session. The goal of treatment is to have you become independent managing your symptoms in as few sessions as possible.
