Personalized physical therapy telehealth services over a secure video connection
Telehealth physical therapy involves speaking with a physical therapist over a secure video connection for evaluation and treatment sessions. If you need advice on symptom management and progression after a concussion, or help with treatment of vertigo symptoms, this can often be addressed through telehealth PT without needing to leave your home. During and after cancer treatment, it's important to keep up your strength and activity level. Telehealth physical therapy sessions can be performed online so that you can safely remain in your home if your blood counts are low or you feel weak. Many orthopedic injuries that do not require hands-on treatment can be addressed through telerehab. In this time when protecting yourself against COVID-19 is so important, it is a great idea to receive PT via telehealth.
Assessment by an experienced physical therapist can happen at your fingertips on a video session and on your time using your computer or mobile device! After a video assessment, your physical therapist will give you the tools you need to help heal yourself. You will be given a personalized exercise program and this will be advanced as you improve. You will have access to communicate with your PT at anytime if you have questions or concerns. Contact us now for a one-on-one physical therapy virtual evaluation, or schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your physical therapy needs. We are licensed to treat patients throughout the states of Michigan and Florida.
