PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION AND TREATMENT IS A CLICK AWAY--GET READY TO FEEL BETTER!
PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION AND TREATMENT IS A CLICK AWAY--GET READY TO FEEL BETTER!
As a patient of TeleFocus Physical Therapy, you will meet one on one with your physical therapist. After an evaluation, your physical therapist will give you the tools you need so that you can help yourself recover. You will be given a personalized program that will be progressed as you improve. You will have access to communicate with your PT by secure messaging or email anytime that you have questions or concerns.
Telehealth physical therapy involves working one on one with a physical therapist over a secure video connection for evaluation and treatment sessions. Research has shown that many orthopedic injuries that do not require hands-on treatment can be treated very successfully through telehealth. If you need advice on symptom management and progression after a concussion, or help with treatment of vertigo symptoms, this can often be addressed through telehealth PT without needing to leave your home. During and after cancer treatment, it's important to keep up your strength and activity level. Telehealth physical therapy sessions can be effectively performed online so that you can safely remain in your home if your blood counts are low or you feel weak. Some individuals live too far from a PT clinic to receive treatment each week, and telehealth PT can be a great solution to assist with recovery!
